I know right but I personally wish parents wouldn't lie to their kids about the tooth fairy and stuff like that bc a lie is a lie and we make our kids tell the truth and yet we as parents are lying...not cool I think.. what do you think??

Yes, Kyson has always had my heart. Such a special kid, with such a sweet, sensitive, considerate and kind soul; and I absolutely adore the way he is with Addie. He’s going to grow up to be such a wonderful young man!

We’re the same way. My mom when my siblings and I were in school would have dinner ready at 4 when we got off the school bus. She always said if she did that we weren’t coming in and snacking and ruining dinner. If she did it that we she assured we ate a good meal and then we could just snack as we got hungry and she’d know we had a good meal that wasn’t ruined by snacks.

My daughter lost her first tooth at school. I was a teacher at the same school. As we walked a crossed a very snow, windy parking lot, she dropped the tooth. Never to be seen again. She was sad, but the tooth fairy came through. Same daughter also a few years later dropped her retainer in our driveway and thankfully our next door neighbor had a powerful garage light that he used and we found it, thankfully. Never a dull moment with children, LOL

Yeah when I was little I had a similar situation, the tooth fairy left me a note along with the money and stating that she always knows. 🙂

Addie is so stinkin’ precious!!! ( all the kiddos are) And what a big girl moment plus for Christmas she can ask Santa for her two front teeth!! My son is coming up on 12 and he almost has all his teeth pulled out. He loves getting tooth fairy money, same as I did as a child, and became extremely efficient in tooth wiggling. I have to remind him to not go for permanent teeth. 🤣🤣🤣

You are so right about Walmart clothes. I found an oversized hoodie there and it actually is oversized on me since I’m super tall. So I went on Walmart’s website and ordered the other three colors in it.

My craziest tooth losing experience was in my childhood Sunday school class at age 10 or 11. The teacher gave us some kind of chewy chocolate candy and while I was eating it I suddenly felt my tooth fall out. I quickly shoved my hand in my mouth to get it out and ended up getting covered in a mix of blood and chocolate because the candy was still in my mouth. Of course everyone was staring at me. I was mortified!

I would get a phone case if they weren’t so expensive. The cases I get from Amazon do just fine. But the Castify cases do have some cool prints.

I’ve heard of families keeping coolers in the back of their cars with dinner items.. like sandwiches, veggies, drinks for those days that dinner will be too early or way too late. ✌🏼

One time I had a loose tooth and we were on our way to Florida for vacation one summer and I lost my tooth and I dropped it and couldn't find it. Then once we got to Florida not knowing where it was.. the next morning, I still got money from the tooth fairy. So yes, even if you literally LOOSE the tooth and can't find it, the tooth fairy will still come. Don't worry Addie!

My middle swallowed 2 teeth and one he didn’t even realize he lost it so I’m not sure where it is or maybe he swallowed that too. We wrote a note to the tooth fairy and she stilll came incase that happens to you.

This might sound weird but the last time I celebrated Halloween was when I was 6 years old. It’s not really something I like , we just buy a bag of chocolate and I eat all of it.

Tell Addie when I was full time being a nanny one of the little girl's was eating a caramel, she's allergic to nuts, so when the caramel made a crunching noise she thought she picked a caramel with a nut in it, she quickly spit out the caramel, seeing blood we rushed into the bathroom, inspecting her mouth we both saw the empty space of a baby tooth, only for her she swallowed the "nut" (tooth) I told her she could go through her poop over the next few days to find the tooth, that she was having no part of! (neither was I) Could you Jess or Chris? If one of your kids accidently swallowed their tooth, would you be willing to look for it coming out the other end! If either of you say YES I'll nominate you for parent of the year!
