Hades not only supports Persephone. He also actually actively and openly goads/encourages her into putting more effort and determination into her developing her divine powers as a goddess. Than what she would probably EVER do otherwise on her own. So I would say that Hades is actually good for her,in helping her to develop her powers/bettering herself as a goddess at least anyway.
