Walked past South Hill Park. Stunning! Ground breaking. Must be preserved for generations to come. Every detail is so considered. A life style statement
Beautiful narration!

The sunlight shining through the house is amazing 😀

Reminds me of a lunby dollhouse I had , the colours used.
Joder, qué casa más chula.
모든 영상이 다 좋은데 너무 시간이 너무 짧아서 아쉽습니다! 모든 스토리와 영상은 정말 좋아요~

prone to subsidence due to the close proximity to the trees?
I’m building a set, I want to get those balls to hang from the ceiling. What are they called?
That house does not look well-insulated. Those glass louvres will leak heat and let the cold come in during winters.

Was thinking the same thing. "Wait, this isn't the Local Project... she said London!?"

I was thinking the same thing. Those windows cant possibly be energy efficient Especially as the house has so many original features. Beautiful home, but the hype a little OTT.

Given the unusually hot weather London has been experiencing, I think any opportunity to "leak heat" (cross ventilation in my part of the world) would be a welcome feature in summer.

@@pervertt 'Leak heat' meaning heat loss in Winters and hot air getting inside the house in Summers and you don't want that.
I love MCM design but this property has just a few MCM elements but overall feel is of cramped and dated rowhouse .
Monumental?...this is mid at best.
