Does the back seat fold down have a cut in it, there is a definite indentation on the armrest?

OH Heck no, I had to dig through the footage to find what you meant - that's just a mark from being folded DOWN with the seatbelt under it - you cought the reflection in the smooth leather which made it look like an issue, which it is not.

I noticed that..looked like a dimple..also, the rear right door squeaked when opened...needs some light grease...
