FOR POLANIA! - Iron Harvest

Cheers to King Art Games for giving me a free copy like two years ago. Bit late eh?
Man I'm so happy to be finally playing an RTS campaign again. It's been too damn long. The world of 1920+ is such a uniquely cool setting and I can't wait to see the rest of the campaign. I'll make a video to finish up the Polanian campaign before I do the Rusviet and Saxony ones.

*Fun Fact:* Wojtek is named after the real life Polish bear that served in WW2, the bear was adopted and enlisted and into the Polish ranks. The bear played, drank beer, and even fought with the soldiers. In the Battle of Mante Cassino, Wojtek was witnessed carring crates of artillery to the front lines. Without dropping a single one. The bear was promoted to the rank of Corporal and after the war retired in Scotland in the Edinburgh Zoo. What a badass bear

Wow, I must say, I'm impressed by the campaign. I tried this game a while back, when only skirmishes were available and didn't like it that much. That said, in RTS games I usually play only the campaign, not the skirmishes so it's no suprise I didn't like them. This video showed me that this game can still win me over.

This game has come a long way, I was originally really hyped years back and over time it faded. Starting to feel that hype rising again, looking forward to this. A little disappointed the enemy general guy didn't pretend her father was just behind the wall waving to her like Buzz's severed arm in Toy Story.

Fun fact: Railroad Canon is a real life thing. It was created in Peru by Polish engineer, Ernest Malinowski in 1860s and it was made to shoot at Spanish ships during the war. Of course it wasnt as dope as in the game
