I the Fly was released today, it would be way more successful. Or would it? Ken revolutionized manufacturing and materials selection. If that hadn’t happened, guitars like it wouldn’t exist today.

Good question. I think people are still too hung up on looks and tradition today... but then you get guys like Prince that play much weirder looking guitars IMO, and that's considered really cool. lol

Parker was a brilliant company. Trouble is, musicians and guitarists are tradional and very stuuuppiiid. If it don't look like a fender or a Gibson.........it can't possibly sound good. Guitarists are so stuuuppiiiidd that they thought that Slash brought Gibson back from the dead. Turns out that it was a Chris Derrig that Slash brought GIbson back with. But try to argue that point with a Gibson/Marshall enthuisast. Mod #34 amps and Gibson was the Slash Tone!!!!!! LMAO
