Amen! Praise the Lord! The Bible come to life in our day and age and in living color! And some affiliated churches do not believe in using all instruments in their services, they are missing out I’m beautiful talented people that can play these instruments.. I take the whole Bible and use it for the glory of God and believe the whole written word not just parts of it. So thank you Jesus for your word and how there are folks who use the whole thing.

And that is how you bring a song written in 1940 up to date - brilliant!

Memories are the meaning now. When I was a kid (57 now) The little Drummer Boy was my favorite Christmas show. Sitting on the floor in front of the TV watching it, eating popcorn, while my foster mom painted the manger scene on the big front window of the house. Loved ones come and go until we die, but nothing replaces the memories that their love gave us.

I'm so so sorry you've lost so many. My older brother passed in September, and I feel the loss. But Christmas is about the coming of our Savior, and this song reminds me that even if what we have to offer in praise to Him seems small, it matters. Christmas can be such a hard time for many, so I pray you will feel Jesus comfort you.

My husband and I volunteered with Compassion International at the fKaC/Casting Crowns concert in Pittsburgh. We were setting our table up when I heard the opening sounds of this song. They did it first and I wasn’t prepared for it. I dropped my stuff and told my husband I had to go see it. I ran in and got to see this song played in person. It filled me with such joy that I cried. It energized me so much that I went out and helped the team of volunteers sign up sponsors for over 530 children in poverty. I’m a chronic pain sufferer and I’m almost completely home bound. Just being there was hard for me so the energy this performance gave my soul was truly God sent. Thank you Joel and Luke for a night I’ll never forget.

I am also someone who used to be a drummer & percussionist in school with marching band & percussion ensembles etc. So rock on For King & Country!!! As a drummer, i literally get chills every single time i watch this 😭 I'm a part of a small church that's just starting out, but I told my pastor that we have enough drummers to do this. Hopefully next year we can do this 😁
