I was also really trash when i started and then left for a while but when i came back i stared to get better. Then i found some high rep buddies to practice with and it really clicked after that.

Toe stab knockdown confused me so much when I started playing because it was still in the training mode as a listed move but I could never get it to work in a match 🤣 luckily I got some friends who set me straight

Literally 5 mins in and I already need a cigarette. I subbed for Warden/Centurion but the Gladiator content quickly became my favorite.

I want to adress that misty is still playing this game and uploads daily content. Takes commitment especially w the (at times) poor connection that’s needed to be dealt with. It took me so long to find matches in general idk how many ppl still play it but it can barely be better

your BP is really passive. you knocked someone down & then ended your combo after the second hit, more than once. is it a conscious choice not to hit them with the unblockable combo extension as they get up? Idk how it is in your rank but few if any players I play against are ready to parry it if you started throwing it before they got up, & often times even if they get up before you hit them with it they don't have enough time to switch their guard

@@thedrunkenoutlaw well cause after a bash u should gb or get a side dodge hit but in laws case u can instantly parry

Lawbringers bash recovery is going to get nerfed a bit to prevent him from being able to parry side dodges, so atleast you wont get unjustly punished from it

Idk if u see this but if you use zone it easy to hit teammates, plus u can knock your teammates out of exes.

Being out of lock and do quick circles on the stick, animation is a bit junky but it gets in run mode faster. That’s how he impaled you

i wish they'd do something with BP's dodge attack, it's so weird & janky. A lot of people can beat BP by just throwing something you have to dodge & then parrying it. I liked BP better when he didnt have th ejoke attack

@@tabula_rosa then don't dodge attack, dodge then gb when they try to parry, or dodge then ligth, if the problem is that people react to your dodge attack then force them to guess

Gladiator needed a buff, still definitely not a top pick tho because reflex guard and poor heavy tracking, and yes I know about the sniper heavies

Well now I have 2 choices. Either stop playing brawl or let my mate suffer from having a bot as a mate as soon as I see Gladi in the opposing team, cause I sure as hell am never gonna fight him ever again, maybe if need be in 4v4, but not if I can easily avoid it. My hatred for this is bwyond the hatred I have for the poor design of the current state the Jorm rework is in.
