Brought tears to my eyes. If you ever stop believing in your wonderful self for whatever reason, know that the God of Heaven and a random stranger on the internet believe in you!

A suggestion to anyone who is feeling anxious, something that got me through a lot of anxiety was thanking God and then asking Him to help me feel His peace. Not AT peace, HIS peace, it made a huge difference, and/or saying "Lord, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything", as well as picturing a peaceful place that I've made in my mind.

I had it too my friend. I had it for a very long time, and I finally got some medication to help me. At the time I did not think I would ever get through it, but I did, with prayer, and asking God to lead me to the right doctor. Now 9 years later I always tell new mom's this too shall pass, and you will one day look back and tell another new mom the same thing. I know it seems like a long journey but I promise once you get some sleep, once you can start to feel human again it goes so fast. I promise you are not alone. I promise.

Love abolishes fear out of the heart and soul. I'm sorry you were treated badly friend, but do not forget your God is with you and is willing to hear your anxieties and fears because he cares for you, friend. Do not give up, every time you have anxiety focus on love in your heart for God. Through these guidelines, you will find strength and rest. Every night tell God everything you care about, everything you're scared of, every suffering, and he will care for you.

Day 5 of feeling anxious and calling out to God. I won't stop calling to God until I die.

Day 3 and the anxiety has come from nowhere, I literally woke up the other day anxious and the horrible weight in my chest hasn’t lifted. In Jesus name I pray that everyone feeling the affects of anxiety will have it lifted and that Lord Jesus will place peace upon all who suffer that He will come in to the hearts of those in need and fill it with the Holy Spirit. In Jesus name Amen

If you are struggling, just know that God is with you and that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Everything happens for a reason and God picks the strongest people to go through the toughest things. Don't be anxious for God is with you and anxiety is the devil's voices feeding into your mind and taking control of you.

This is arguably the best Christian perspective I’ve found on anxiety. It doesn’t make you feel bad for being anxious and therefore make it worse, it frames it in a realistic and understandable way

I’ve been listening and meditating to this every morning for several months. The peace I experience is transcendent and my anxiety is completely gone. Thank you. And thank you God 🙏🏼

​@@brittnay2546Dear sister in Christ, I know this is a month ago that you posted but I came on KZread at 3am searching for Christian help because I have been suffering a week long anxiety attack that has turned into panic attacks 3 times this same week. I had to go to ER twice. I have been deep breathing and thanking God and crying out to Jesus. And I am still scared but I know fear is not of God yet cannot stop it. I surrender all of me to your care Jesus. But God brought me here and I feel alot calmer as in only the peace that can come from our Lord and Saviour. Your posts touched my heart (as did everyones) as I too was the driver in a rollover 4x4 accident and I was traumatized but we all were uninjured except for smalls cuts etc. I prayed for you and for healing of your physical injuries and for healing of your panic attacks and I will keep you in my prayers. With Jesus as our strength, we can do all things(Philippians 4:13). God will never give us more than we can handle! Love and blessings I pray for you and all who are suffering. God bless!

This made me break down I’m just finding it today. 😢😢😢😢🥰😍😍😊❤️thank you Lord I been through anxiety since high school I started with depression at 8 or 9 years old it’s been a lot for me me to handle been through traumatic stress and experience. I been praying and praying and keeping God word in my heart. And every time it’s starts up I rebuke Satan because Anxiety is a mind battle it’s been helping me through because the past couple of months it’s been worse than it ever has been. I know I feel a relief from anxiety when I cry because I’m been trying to remain strong for so long and not have any more breaks down. But I’m praying for freedom and peace and a sound mind to stay in Jesus name Amen 🙏 🙌🏾❤️🤗🤗🥰I’m tired of Anxiety i want it to go away for good.

I’m writing here because maybe a space to vent and put my thoughts down will help my mind. I came to listen to this video tonight at 3am because I have emetophobia and my husband woke up a couple of hours ago feeling unwell. I know my anxiety is valid, but when it comes on, it completely consumes me. My body physically trembles. I am just requesting peace from the Lord. Peace for my body, right now, in this moment. Also, for peace in the future, because it’s okay to be sick and I know I will encounter others who are sick in the future. It is a normal thing that can happen to our bodies. I’m also just requesting peace for my husband. Thankfully he’s been asleep for a couple hours, but I pray his body is getting adequate rest and he will wake feeling well. If you see this and you’re awake, would you pray for us?

My anxiety is bad. I woke up now and I say this time tomo I’m waking up for work and it’s got me so stressed

Father, we lift up this sweet baby and mother to Your care. Carry them through this time of healing when no words of comfort would be enough. Envelope their souls with Your radiating love that they may feel Your presence and it is enough for them to wait for their complete healing inside and out. Just started a new job, suddenly having serious anxiety. This helped, God bless everyone struggling with this.

‘But human’s life is messy, and somewhere along the way the illusion is removed. We return to the unpredictability of our complex world. Anxiety creeps back in, and we find ourselves unsure with how to move forward.’ I bawled right at this lines. My dad died this year, and i felt all my plans shattered. Plan is necessary but don’t let it be an illusion for control. Think about the future and moreover the present. Spend time with your loved ones before it’s too late. It is so much easier to let God take control.

Please pray that my daughter's marriage ceremony goes on smoothly in the church. I keep getting panic attacks and I'm all stressed up.

I got covid in May and my health and life was turned upside down. From anxiety to high blood pressure and a lot of fatigue. I thank God for surviving covid but i still have anxiety and my blood pressure goes up and down from time to time but i am grateful for God's grace and mercy. Sometimes we have to be at our lowest for us to get back to God so we can put our trust in him and believe that he will make a way if we can't do it on our own.

Don't despair and dwell on your past mistakes, He will deliver you in the present moment! He will meet you exactly where you are and He hears all of His children calling to Him! You do not need a "re-do" of your last 10 years, you just need to reach for Jesus! His Hand is always waiting for yours! :)

There was a perspective shift that I had a few years ago that are very valuable to me. And I hope it can be for you too. I had been *very* uncomfortable for a second straight week. My emotions broke and I started crying and praying. I was praying that God would help me. I was desperate for relief. And while I was praying I felt like God showed me a new perspective. He communicated to me that he was close. But my symptoms were just as strong. Then he showed me where my focus was. It was 100% on the symptoms of my anxiety. “If you would just focus on me for a brief second, you’ll understand.” My symptoms were still hammering me. I chose to try to focus on God. The proximity of God was unlike anything I had every felt. His presence was thick. The symptoms were still hammering. I felt the wisdom of God showing me “Isn’t it great how close we get to be in moments like this, I wouldn’t trade this in for your comfort, would you?” And in that moment I knew I wouldn’t. The anxiety was worth the proximity. God is close to the broken hearted. He’s close to those who are at the end of their rope. It’s a hard thing, but try to see past the rain, and to spend time with God, it’s one of my favorite moments I’ve ever experienced on earth. We aren’t called to be comfortable, happy, or feel good. We are called to love God and to spread his love. Jesus understands your pain, he was tortured. God understands your pain, his beloved son was tortured. Praying for everyone tonight!

June 21st,2022. I'm here and this is the only channel that I like that does this prayer thing right. Not too loud or too much. Prayed about my anxiety and control issues. I have a sickness of ringing ear from the brain which I'm not able to sleep at night.I worry about it alot the more I tried not to think about it it gets more and more difficult.It's affecting my normal life. Talk with god about your concerns about your anxiety, God already knows what you are going through but he want to listen from your mouth about all your concerns

Listening am healed already over fear and anxiety and I believe that am healed in Jesus Name Amen 🙏

Please pray for me….Once years ago I seen Jesus in my bedroom as I was praying. He showed me a part of my future and also a part of my brothers future. My brother went on to be elected a politician, which I was shown, a pro-life politician, but by no means perfect. Jesus showed me of tribulation to come into my life, but in the end God would save me from it, which has happened. I still suffer from anxiety from that tribulation which was bullying and persecution. Please pray for me my friend in Christ as it’s painful 😓 God bless, I will pray for you too ❤

Thank you for sharing, as I needed this, coming from God, to expel fear and anxiety, mainly from being overwhelmed by my own family, as all I need is the solace of Jesus Christ in my heart, right now, as I am so tired of feeling like this life is too much for me to handle.

Coming back to god after many years, after listening to this I felt such a weight lifted from my shoulders, I don’t need to carry the burden of life alone. The anxiety was a guiding light which lead me back to my saviour. Thank you God.
