Thanks Dave! There is a litte correction I can make to your sentence: 'over the years' is quite a specific time phrase - it means "FOR a long period of time" So when it is used, it is not used with FOR. You can say: I've already been learning English *for many* years. ✅ I've been learning English *over the years*... ✅

@@mmmEnglish_Emma Good thanks to you, my Teacher! Grateful for the correction, of course! But frankly speaking, sometimes I can hear natives say this way "for over..." I really thought that was correctly although some natives could also make grammar mistakes, couldn't they?.. Of course, I believe you and I'm gonna take your correction into my account! Undoubtedly, I know this Present Perfect Continuous Tense well enough due to my Great Teachers (Emma, Vanessa, Lucy), anyway these kind of prepositions can be very tricky for even experienced students, yeah?! That's the deal! P.S. I want to watch this new lesson several times so that to master all the material far better! Thanks again for your efforts! 🙂

Your grammar with FOR AGO & SINCE is perfect in these sentences. But there are some other corrections I can make: I have been here *in* Bangkok since 2017. I started working for *(person/company name)* 2 years ago. OR I started working for *at my* current job 2 years ago. I have been single for *a* very long time.

Now it has become more convenient to watch your videos thanks to time-codes. Thanks a lot!

Great work! There are a couple of important corrections to make: #1 If you are using SINCE you need to use a specific moment in time and use a perfect tense. For example: *I have been watching* you since *the start of 2022* . #2 Your sentence is in the present continuous tense. You can use FOR to talk about the simple past, the present perfect of present perfect continuous. "I *have been* watching you for almost two years. #3 I started to *learn* English *with* you almost 2 years ago.
