Thank You!
I often delve into the power of silence, particularly in the aftermath of narcissistic relationships or upon realizing you are entangled with a toxic individual, possibly a narcissist. Your silence becomes a tool of empowerment.
Post-narcissistic relationship, many reach a level of indifference, a peak where the narcissist and related individuals lose their importance. The narcissists tried their utmost. They aimed to break us, but they didn't succeed. They failed spectacularly, as they often do in their endeavors.
With all this said, your silence resonates louder than your words. Mastering your silence and energy is crucial, particularly considering the tumultuous emotional rollercoaster you were on during your relationship with the narcissist. You were bombarded with all forms of abuse, ranging from physical to emotional, financial and spiritual.
While in that relationship, you were oblivious to the nature of the battle you were fighting. You frequently found yourself justifying your actions to the narcissist, whether consciously or not. You were emotionally manipulated, taken to extreme highs and plunged into the depths of despair.
These experiences encapsulate the behavior of a narcissist. Stability, peace, or like-mindedness are elusive in a narcissistic relationship. Instead, you encounter manipulation, half-truths, outright lies, misdirection, and a barrage of abusive narcissistic traits including gaslighting, smear campaigns, silent treatments, stonewalling, and fits of rage.
You've been through experiences that many cannot even begin to comprehend. However, this was your reality, and it continues to be. My hope is that you've reached that peak of indifference, severed ties with the narcissist, and distanced yourself from them and anyone associated with them. If you've achieved this, kudos to you. If you haven't, it's understandable. Take your time. Eventually, you'll take the necessary steps to safeguard yourself, and silence will play a part in this.

I humbly disagree with your statements starting round 6:30 about not getting involved. Be a bystander. I wish someone had come forward at times and spoke up on my narcs behaviour. It would have helped my journey to break free alot sooner and validate that how im being treated is wrong. I felt so alone. Even if someone had overheard and in passing said....Hey....are you ok?
