The ultimate villain. Lee Van Cleef inspired a lot of actors who took on "the bad guy" role in cinema, and not only the Western genre of television or film. He had such a presence on screen that only someone like Clint Eastwood could evenly match him as the unquestioned protagonist. I agree-Lee Van Cleef left a legacy that will be unmatched.

Call me a weirdo but this is my favorite theme out of the trilogy. I know The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly theme is considered perhaps more iconic and A Fistful of Dollars' theme has that building suspense that's just so classic, but to me I simply love how this theme still feels like a westen but has this almost epic saga feel to it.

The best film of the Trilogy for me
Funny to think that some of the greatest Western films in history were created and directed not by Americans but by a great Italian filmmaker like Sergio Leone and some of the most unforgettable soundtracks by another Italian genius like Ennio Morricone. Two artists who belong not only to a geographical homeland but are the heritage of the entire world ❤️
The greatest western trilogy of all time and the film scores are the finest of any western or westerns ever. The 3 films are simply magnificent and are masterpieces as is the incredible music. Timeless classics.
Both Clint and Lee are so amazing in this unbelievable classic but Gian Maria Volonte stole the show for me in this and a fistful of dollars. The guy was an epic villain!!! This is the best of the trilogy imo!!!
Just perfect. The music. The actors. The set. Everything.

Such a great movie and great music !
Great step between For a Fistful and Good, Bad and Ugly, longer shots, more time with the characters, more suspense, better plot and a finer treatment of the aesthetics and the action. The music just glorifies it even more, inviting you to a big adventure through a dirty, bloody, gritty, harsh and nihilistic Far West

Listening to this music gives me chills, reminds me of when I used to watch westerns with my great uncle who is huge western fan, he adored this trilogy and spaghetti westerns, as well as Clint Eastwood and Ennio Morricone's music, I have inherited those tastes, I had the fortune to watch a documentary of his life narrated by him called "Ennio", so great, Lee van Cleef was DOPE in this movie, this trilogy is six decades old and is still popular, I'll give credit to Clint Eastwood still being alive (at the time I write this) as a factor, he's still a living legend. I'm 19 years old (almost 20) and I love these films, I'll hope new generations discover them and enjoy them as well.
