He did all the karate chops and defensive blocks and card dealing with his left arm/hand. The right arm always on the gun. Thank Clint for allowing me to dream of being you as a child.

Su personaje en esa película se llamaba "El Manco". Solamente usaba un brazo (izquierdo) para sus tareas cotidianas, pero secretamente debajo del poncho usaba el brazo derecho para disparar con su arma

That last shot must have bounced off the floor, because the gun was pointing about 3 feet in front and to the right of the guy when it went off. Low budgets are awesome.

Folks commenting about the lack of realism of the gun shot from a film made in the mid 1960s…meanwhile in 2023, we’ve got superhero and zombie films in the movie theatres 🤦‍♂️ 😂

The Doom 2 mod "Fistfull of Doom" samples the player piano audio directly from the beginning of this scene as a ambient sound inside a saloon. The sample even has that woman calling/yelling init.

I mean, the concept of hitting someone with an open hand and using the brunt of the arm is a move that has been used in all of history. Also Judo doesn’t use chops. The whole point of Judo is using movement against another, not brute force.
