John Deere chairman and CEO Sam Allen began his Purdue career as an engineering student, but soon after, he found a new love and passion for industrial management. Allen took a variety of courses in engineering, marketing and management that allowed him to take a Giant Leap as CEO. With John Deere operating in 140 countries, Allen is leaving footprints around the world.
