During this episode, Keith, on his 22 ft C-Dory cruiser, introduces you to planning Foote Loose's next great adventure, the great loop. He covers some of the things he is doing to prepare for this great loop adventure, he'll talk about; materials he is using to plan his trip for the Great Loop, organizations he strongly recommends you join to help plan your adventure on the great loop, such as America's Great Loop Cruisers Association AGLCA and C-Bratts, and finally some of the things he is looking at to prepare his 22 ft C-Dory cruiser.

Yes I have. Just about everything is in motion now. This first video took me several weeks to put together.
Good luck! Are you doing the Loop singlehanded? My wife and I did the Erie Canal in a 35-footer and some of the locks might be a handful with just one person. Looking forward to future videos about your adventures.

So far the locks on the Erie have been alright. There was one that we needed to tie up on the port side due to the amount of water entering from the starboard side. The water flow really pushed us into the wall.
Already a stow away, won't even notice i'm there.

Darn where were you when I was looking at the map and hit the rock.
There is no official starting point for the great American loop. You start wherever you are. I will be starting on Oneida Lake New York.
i love a dory, safe travels but defiantly get a tripod the shaking is hard to watch

his @thirdrateprodutions I bought a tripod and use it when I can. I have also purchased on of the hand held holders that steadies the phone camera. Unfortunately, I have been separated from my tripod and hand held as they are with Foote Loose in the shop and I am on the road training and visiting other places
