Xabi's attitude is outstanding. His talent was obvious, but his hard work really excelled him as a player. I have no doubt that every coach who worked with him thought they could rely on him 100% in every game. In addition, I bet he was a terrific professional for the youngsters to look up to. I know if I had been a coach, I would have been telling the youngsters to copy the way he carries himself on and off the pitch.
