Foods High in Vitamin B1 (Thiamine)
In the following video, I talk about the importance of Vitamin B1 or thiamine. Thiamine is essential for the production of energy, growth of cells, and the health of your nervous system. A deficiency in thiamine can result in various symptoms such as memory loss and muscle weakness. In severe cases, it can even lead to diseases like beriberi and Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome.
I also discuss the best foods to enhance your thiamine intake, including pork, fish, seeds, beans, green peas, brown rice, and asparagus. I emphasize the importance of vitamin B1, the risks associated with its deficiency, and ways to include thiamine-rich foods in your daily diet.

Thanks a lot and greetings from this side of the pond. 😊
Thank you for this information. Unfortunately, pork and also fish to some extent are notorious culprits for parasites especially lately... Also, a lot of our foods are being umm... contaminated with let's just say "bad stuff" (don't want my comment removed) so I haven't bought any pork in over a year. Sad really... just be aware.
Is there a way to contact a doctor because I have a question about a disease that I have been suffering from for 14 years and I am still suffering?
