YOOO We’re BAAAACK with a Shokugeki no Soma recipe y’all, get excited cause this week we bring you Takumi’s Doppio Mezzaluna pizza from Food Wars season 4 (the fourth serving, episode 5). It’s so delicious half is 4 cheeses and half is marinated beef. Full ingredient list is down below, scroll down :)

Takumi Aldini’s Doppio Mezzaluna Pizza from Food Wars ! Shokugeki no Soma Recipe : (double half moon pizza)
★ Ingredients :
Pizza dough:
-120ml lukewarm water
-1/2tsp sugar
-2g dehydrated yeast
-200g flour
-5g salt
-1tbs olive oil
Shigureni beef:
-150g partially frozen beef
-2tbs sesame oil
-1 big tbs of soy sauce
-pepper
-1tsp sugar
-2tbs water
-small piece of ginger (~3-4cm)
Miso sauce:
-1 big tbs white miso paste
-2tsp lime juice(we couldn’t find yuzu…)
-zest of half a lime
-1tsp sour cream
- mozzarella
4 cheeses half:
-2tsp sour cream
-pepper
-mozzarella
-ricotta
-gorgonzola
-parmesan cheese

I think when you make pizza at home you should bake the dough a little bit before putting the ingredients on it, it will make it more crispy. Great video, love your content ✌✌
