Idea ko din yun dati nung nag aaral ako mag culinary plano ko ilagay sa restau ko dati yun. Dried sinigang. Sigang na pork then half cook tapos iihawin tapos yung broth gagamitin pang saing para pag na serve na Wala ka idea na sinigang kakainin mo kasi Parang inihaw na liempo lang na may kanin. volume and mass kaya hindi usually equal yung magnitude nila kasi they have different densities. for example, 2 g/ml yung ingredient x ibig sabihin 2 grams of mass ng ingredient x is equivalent to 1 ml in terms of volume. share ko lang.
