I saw this on TV when I was in eighth std and loved it. I would have never come to know about the rich history of our food. We are lucky to have this food because our ancestors worked hard and did every experiment possible to make it healthy and tasty. The sweet stories and narration made this show amazing!!!!!.

It’s wonderful to see Mr. Kak. I have watched all the episodes and it resonated with me so strongly.
