Hello. Please the adobo spice, I have 3 different types of the adobo. If I want to use it to boil my meat or chicken, do I still need to add Maggi, curry and co? Or i should just add enough adobo spice?

I saw MSG in supreme spice Curry. I stopped buying their curry. Just look out for MSG or other words for MSG in the spices that you want to buy
