Yummy! Personally I would get a deeper sear on the brisket with a higher heat to help enrichen the dish more.

Bravo! Ang galing chef! Kailan pa po nawala yun sa chowking? yan kasi fav kong kainin dati rati noon matagal na hehe. Salamat chef ingat, pasyal ka naman sa aming kusina kapag board ka.
