Continental breakfast is complimentary. All other orders have a $7.95 service charge plus 18% gratuity.

The food in the cruise ship was unlimited. You need to control yourself, otherwise you will gain a lot of weight. Hahaha 😂

Yes the food and drinks in Windhammer are complimentary, included in the package you buy. It has 3 types: Star, Sky and Sea. The Silver lounge is only accessible for Sea pass guest, for example

On the last day, I didn’t have breakfast before check out, so I am sure of the dining time, you can check your Royal app for the timing. Starting from around 7.30am, can start to join the queue and disembark from the ship

Don’t think there are complimentary bottled water other than those provided on the first day. But drinking water, hot and cold, is available at all the complimentary dining places and cafes. So don’t have to worry about it. We also boiled some hot water ourselves in stateroom.
