Food hunt Kirtipur | Visiting the oldest stupa in Kirtipur
You know what day it is.. it's samaya day. That too food hunt day.
In this vlog we explore kirtipur like never before. For people who come to Kirtipur they either visit Sasa or Lahana, but today we explored the mandirs and the stupas, walked the alleys, ate the local newari cuisine. We even asked our subscribers on Instagram to recommend us some good places to eat in Kirtipur. What a great day! So close to the city yet so pristine, you could see kids playing on the streets (such a rare scene in Kathmandu) taking us back to our own childhood days.

There are 3 ancient sites in Kirtipur. Chilancho is Bihar. Kwacho is Temple. YOU missed Bagh Vairab Temple which lies between. There are many small HOLY sites both HINDU & BOUDDHIST. There are two modern Bouddhist sites on east & west corner of the city. Twa means tole. Sapu Mhicha means Book bag but Syopu Mhicha means Bone Marrow Bag.
