The purpose of this course is to provide practical training and education for those who work in the food service industry.
Please review the following course guidelines:
-The course is approximately 90 minutes in length and does not include page timers.
-You are allowed to take as much time as you like to successfully complete this course.
-You must study all six lessons.
NOTE: There is a question on the quiz for lesson 2 that is incorrectly marked. The correct response for question 3 should be "Wash your hands and use utensils to keep from touching raw foods."

I like the way of you speak slowly ,clear & easy to understand on the explanation. Easy to follow Especially for me who came from the other country &still learning English. It make me feel more appreciated for this class
I reqlly enjoyed this training video. I do want to alert you that the answer given for question 5 on lesson 2 is incorrect. Question: Working on the cook line can be busy. You 6 be sure to: B) “wipe your hands on a cloth after you touch raw foods” was selected as the answer. However the correct answer should be C) “wash your hands and use utensils to keep from touching raw foods”
