Even though some of these questions might be on the test they definitely are not true and accurate, they are fully outdated and incorrect..... This needs to be updated..... Is for example potato salad never lasts for 7 days..... 3 days for potato salad possibly 4.... But you are pushing it at 4 days.... Leave it to these wacko exams to have incorrect information that we are all supposed to memorize.

As per the National Restaurant Association, which also manages the ServSafe program, Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods can indeed be stored for up to 7 days at a proper refrigeration temperature of 41°F (5°C) or lower, provided they were properly prepared and cooled initially.
