This man is does not know much 30 or 40 % is gross profit before tax . There is also v a.t !! Pakistanis do not declare their full accounts and try and work under the v.a.t threshold !!! . The whole halal industry is cash in hand and all payments are made in cash . This way no need to declare to the taxman !!!. I will go to his shop to try out his food !!!
