17:52 My dad used to take an old refrigerator, the kind with metal inside and the freezer is in side the main fridge, you know the old old ones, and take everything out of it and use a old waffle iron in it for the smoker element. They work awesome, I've built a few of them, you just throw in some racks, and run the cord out the door and plug it in with wet wood chips in it. Change out the chips every couple of hours. You can smoke a 15 pound turkey in 4-5 hours and it is the best you ever had, falls off the bone. Used to smoke bani ta and mackerel, and it would come out like tuna almost! The best thing was you used to be able to find them all over, and people would pay you to take them off your hands. They work so well, because they are insulated and hold the heat in.

@@RoyceGetit No prob. Yeah, plus you can usually pick up the waffle irons from second hand stores for about $5, which is cheap. Also take out all the compressor and shit from underneath it, and punch a hole in the bottom of the fridge with a big nail or spike and put a coffee can under neath to catch all the grease and crap. Oh also put Aluminum foil over the waffle iron to keep grease from dripping on it haha! best smoker on Earth! He would brine the fish over night in a Colman cooler with salt pepper bay leaves water, and sometimes some wine in it. Anyway Aloha!
