Best fifth wheel what ever had. Towed 30 metric tons trailer with it allmost one milion km, just no problem´s. Working like Swiss clock.

Oops! I accidentally intstalled the secondary lock spring to the air cylinder hole, no wonder it was so stiff.

How can you unlocked it once hook to trailer and you have try all option that come to mind or watched on videos and still won’t unlock ?

Where can I get that stand for the fifthwheel?

What does the “no slack” mean?

Question , if i dont have the tool to check for play , can i hook up to the trailer and check for my 1/4 on one side and 1" on the other ? Or it wouldnt work like that ?

people do it all the time. I would not. The trailer could be at an angle and binding and you would have no idea. so any measurement would mean nothing.

@@bwilliams7686 Just make sure the trailer is not on an angle or binding, that way any measurement you take will be an accurate measurement. Remember nothing in this world is entirely idiot proof so if you are an idiot you may have problems

no one wants to rebuild they say they don't want to be responsible for trailer loss if goes wrong. how many problems with rebuilding?

paid $840 for this.

Honestly just buy a new 5th wheel.. The whole kit in this video is like $850. New 5th wheel is $1,300 with bushings kit.. Don't risk losing a load or worse..

Where would you buy a new fifth wheel? would you install yourself? can't just lift it and put it on there by yourself.
