I assume that he leaves the warehouse after about 15 minutes due to the damage to his car or something like that, since the race path most likely always follows the same pattern, then it's umderstandable why the trigger is always activated at that point.

Well to be fair, considering the huge reduce of the pay for bringing a dead target, its fair to assume no-one wants to get their payment reduce specially with a new target like this one, maybe for the ones already repeated perhaps

For some reason, this mission kills my fps. Normally in GTA Online, I already get like 80-90fps from 140fps in story mode, but I was getting like 40-50fps in this mission, and it was with absolute horrible frametimes, which meant the game was laggy AF and felt like it was actually running at 20fps.

You can´t bring them to the test track and final chase. For the first part of the mission you can use whaterver personal excepto Op MkII and such.

You can use your personal vehicle, the van would teleport to you when you get the target, in this instances you can ditch the car from the ls car meet to get into the van or your personal vehicle once you outside of the building to continue the chase Wich in my case i obviously used a police car and was fun ramming him like the lspd does to the player all the fucking time xD

As far i am aware, as long aa you don't die or your same people that was with you for all the heists dosen't die, i think you can still get it, unless im proven wrong

As soon someone dies in the heist close the game fast as possible, to make it thst your progress doesn't get's reseted. You can look in the pause menu under Statistic - Awards - Heist if your progress got reseted
