Nice!!!, living in the province is really of huge advantages when it comes to spending compared to those living at high end condominium. Some expats stays mostly in provinces and will only go to the cities for a good time, eat good foods, women etc. You can greatly reduced your spending. It means if stay in cities the more you drain money. Living in provinces, reduced power consumption, gas for cooking.People are using firewoods at there dirty kitchen. Fish, meats and vegetables are fresh and low cost if you enjoy gardening then your vegetables are free. Water here is not expensive, transportations fee is cheaper and you can select at your choice.
