YES ‘bali belly’ is so offensive and ‘getting sick’ is a possibility in any third world country not just Bali!! As an Indonesian / Australian I get so deeply upset and frustrated with Westerner’s and influencers who show such ignorance and disrespect when visiting and talking about Bali.
