I have share a document Folder out side the organization but user have not access the Folder document.

We are trying to create a new folder , the folder is getting created with new icon other than normal icon. And when opening the folder we are getting page not found error. Could you please kindly help us how to overcome this???

Those are SP groups , hence you can add and remove , what if there is any AD DL ...? how can you share AD DL

Very useful video.. but the thing is if i have 200 documents in document library, for which a single user should have permission for only 100 documents which is random according to need. We can't go there for individual document and we can't stop permission which is very hectic. So at that point of time what alternative we can do.. this is my very recent interview question which i was not answered.. can you please give suggestion on this..

if you want to setup custom permission level for 100 user you can add them in a group and then can set permission for that group and you can keep on adding and removing people from that group.

@@LernenTech no it's not 100 users, for 100 documents in total 200 documents for a single user.. in that case we can't go for a single item and we can give permissions which is very tough job.

put 100 document under one folder and give permission on the folder level

A little intro would be nice. Jumping right away to deleting access rights doesn't make this easy to understand.
