I’m 13 and I really like woodwork, but I can only do it in school as I don’t have anywhere to do it at home, but I do have a shed, so this is what I will be building

yay! simple enough for me to do! I need a cutting table for my sewing space but my sewing stuff is in my front entryway closet. I can make this table on the wall by my front door and put it "away" when it's not in use so my entry stays nice and neat!
@ProfessorDIY

That is the whole design: lots of work space easy to put away
Excellent! That is exactly the straight forward type of folding table that I wanted to make for my sewing machine. Thanks!

Hinging concept is cool. A few things. - a door is not a good table. If you got the door for that cheap, it’s hollow core and will not support any weight on the skin of the door. If it is solid core, it’s still not a good table. The skin will get ripped up and you will start to expose the glued together, rough chip wood core. - Those table legs are not going to be sturdy. I’m planning on building a collapsible table soon and I plan to have 3 pull out supports that will be hinged up against the wall behind the table and swing out to support the table. Haven’t plotted out “locking” them in place yet though.

thank you for the comments. It is hollow and have used it for many years without any issues, I have put 300 pounds on it with no issues, the legs are extremely sturdy, It is a workbench and has performed very well since day one, it has wear and tear but any workbench would.
Love this - thanks for sharing.

Hey! Thx. There are different width piano hinges. For example, 1-1/2" width and 1-1/16" width. Anyways, I've found a low-cost 72" x 1-1/16" piano hinge, and I wanted to verify it would work before I ordered it. Thx again.
Very good, thank you.

1:50 Maybe put a latch at top of support leg to strengthen and prevent accidental movement or folding.

They are overly noisy. The only reason to deal with that unnecessary noise is when using a hammer drill to set anchors in concrete.
@ProfessorDIY

They are faster than a drill and often can drive bolts/screws that a driver can not. In this project, I tried a drill and simply did not have the power needed for the job. Again thank you for watching and commenting.
