I've seen another person doing a review on this exact same device but his piano sounds horrible compared to yours. Did you connect this to an external speaker when you created this KZread video that's why it sounds great? And BTW, the link you provided only directs me to 'Piano Store' in Shopee but I couldn't find it listed there.

I wish Yamaha, Casio or Roland come out with something like this. I’ve asked about an 88 weighted keys piano at the Namm Show all the time. I would buy one in a heart beat from any of the brand name makers.

1000% agree. I would happily spend a premium for a Yamaha, Kawai, Korg, Casio, etc foldable that was light, had above average key weight/feeling/action, & had a really good just plain acoustic tone sample. This thing is pretty cool, being type c & midi/Bluetooth capable is impressive at its price. Even the tones don't really sound that bad. Unfortunately that acoustic piano tone just absolutely kills it. It really is absolutely *horrendous* . Oh well, will keep waiting for that small magical portable unicorn 🦄 from the big manufacturers someday 😕

@@firstnameIastname I agree - I'd love to have a 49-key (4 octave) version of the Yamaha P125 -- just enough to play 2 octaves of scales, arpeggios and chords would be great. A 56-key or 61-key version would be ok too (I play organ - 61 keys is all I need).

@@aBachwardsfellowyeah unfortunately I fell in love with the romantic era of piano, & Chopin sure loved the entirety of the piano lol 😅 those Nocturnes & other pieces pretty much need 88 keys lol 🤦🏻♂️ I just want something portable & compact - I'm disabled & spend far too much time in bed, & would be thrilled to play for hours then fold it up & stow it away. Oh well gotta keep dreaming 😑
The foldable keyboard pianos are a lifesaver. Granted they are not of the same quality as Yamaha or Kawai keyboards in terms of key responsiveness, but they help me a lot for late night practice when I need to practise my Grade 8 songs. I do have an old entry level acoustic piano at home, but my neighbors have sensitive ears so the only times I can play the acoustic piano is during my offdays in the afternoon. ( I suppose they don't want to hear the same Mozart concerto over a 100 times in 2 months.)

aren't headphones are lifesaver in such situations? they also provide good quality and allow you to still use your fav piano...
Great review Jeremy. That's a cute foldable digital piano! It's a good thing that it is powered by a USB adapter and can be used as a midi controller as well. Didn't expect it to have a key lighting feature. 😉
Jeremy, thank you for your great info on this foldable keyboard. My only issue with this is the weight. I travel internationally, and would prefer something lighter. Thank you for taking time to review this.
Was able to find one and bought it today for my 13yr old kid. Watching your video helped a lot. Thanks much! 😉
I am very tempted to get this. mostly because it is velocity sensitive and are a full size piano pretty much.
Exactly the same as mine which I bought Onboard! Very suitable for travellers like me for practice although the quality is not the best!
Thank you for a very good demonstration. I have ordered one and am waiting for it to turen up ;)
In my most humble opinion, the lack of portability is one of the reasons people are not too enthusiastic about piano lessons. Something like this may suit me when and if I travel away from home. I even think it comes in handy for small gigs or at-home sing-alongs.
You have, my man, finally opened up my worl to a DAW. In forever debt to you.
The best explanation of how to use all of the features of this keyboard. Thanks Jeremy! I love💗 your channel!

excellent review of this keyboard. Thank you!
Thank you so much for all of the infos! That was very nice
Just got one. I have a very nice digital keyboard, too heavy to transport, and bolted to a stand. I got this because I needed something to put in my trunk and take with me on the road to continue practicing.
Amazing :). Great to have with you when you need to travel light. Don't try to do that with your unfolded piano 😂. You will only be able to fold it once 😂.

Wow it's a good review, I just bought it but I didn't know the to use it well before I watch your VDO
nice editing Jeremy keep it up. Also Here is a story I bought the other foldable piano you reviewed a few months ago it was okay but i found a casio privia px-100 for 100 dollars and was suprisingly in good condition.
That is a smart design. We're impressed...
Interesting review! Keep it up, sir!
I gig on guitar/vocals about 8 times a week, and I've always been tempted to bring a piano for some gigs, too, to switch it up. This might be perfect via USB/laptop for better sounds.
Tyvm for posting this!
Incredible how Chinese love that text font! Is a classic. Interesting product
Have you hooked this up to a speaker/pa with EQ? To make the piano sound more realistic?
Nice review, Could you explain how to connect this keyboard to garageband through Bluetooth ? Thanks
Hello, I'm interested in how it rates for you on the Arranger side of it? I couldn't really hear much of that in this review, so for instance I'd like to know if that auto-accompaniment only uses the piano sound and not a whole "band" of instruments? And has it only got one type of drum kit or is it fully GM?
Thank you. Well done.
Hi Jeremy, thanks for the video. Question: the playing sound in the video was through the piano’s speakers or through another connected speaker ?
Hi, may I know can this be charge using a powerbank? Glad to come across this review and have a idea how it sound. Wanted to get a keyboard/piano to try out and my wife also wanted to learn the piano for a long time. Don't want to spend too much and also no much space to place a full size piano at home. Before this had wanted to get the roll-up piano, but don't quite like the feel. Now thinking should I get this type of folding piano.
I would love one , I went on Amazon and there are several ones its confusing. Which one is it?
Thank you for your expertise!

Did you test the MIDI feature on any DAW as Logic, Ableton or ProTools? Thanks!
Thanks for the review. I’m a beginner and I wanna play piano for fun, not expect the best quality. This portable piano is awesome and I can bring it with me when I travel 💖.
Surprising #1: "Semi-weighted!" #2: It looked soooo easy when you lifted the bag it seemed to me like nothing was inside. Interesting: It looked heavily inspired by those Casio CTs in recent years.
@vincentmaloney5835

It's not semi-weighted action at all. The springs are installed under the keys. That's how I feel it. The only advantage of the folding keyboard is portability. Yes, it's good for practicing on the go, but it's not good for serious playing.
hi, by plugging to headphones/PA system does it sounds close to perfection?
Thanks. I am going to lead an alpha soon and would like to get one, such that I can be able to have a bit of worship with my group before we start the video and discussion! Do you think 61 keys are enough if it is for playing hymns?
hey. was wondering about it's midi capability. can u use it like a normal midi controller????
Thanks 🙏 I bought a used Ingbell so it had no instructions. I thought mine was broken because it wouldn’t turn with USB-C to USB-C cable, figured out you MUST use USB-A to USB-C. I was mostly wondering if the USB port also could be used for data in some way…good to know it supports MIDI. I didn’t know it potentially has a rechargeable battery in it. I will have to see if my particular brand has one.
You are a marvel, Jeremy. This is a brilliant demo. Thank you for detailing its capacities. Zeus! Being a boomer, this is like magic. Carry a piano???? Sure, sure. Love the portability - who doesn't know the compromises? It feels like I would like more sensitivity (full weighted), but it is one of the compromises one considers. How is it as a composer's tool?
The sound is an EXACT COPY of Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth, which you'll hear while playing midi song on a computer :D

So does Quicktime on the Mac when used to play midi files. It's basically the original GM Standard sound set from Roland. The original Roland E-series (Arrangers) have that same sound too, more or less.
Hey there, is there any decent fully weighted/hammer action midi controller for live? I've a korg sv1 but I don't need to onboard sounds anymore as I'm using midi and ableton and I'd like something muuuuuch more lightweight without compromising the feel too much. Something I can carry in a soft case perhaps. Any thoughts? Thanks for all the context. Cheers
This model and Cts1 Casio Which one I should choose .?
Do you know if you use a normal sustain pedal that it can do various midi data so half pedalling with vst is possible?
A very good review. I just need something to practice with - even when I'm camping in the mountains or where ever. This will work fine.

HI what about using Bluetooth headphones - is it possible to use it and is there an lag? Cheers
Have you tried the Bora BX5 piano? It is the same outside appearance as this one but hammer action.
Hello, so can I use this piano with my powered audio monitors, connected in #2 outlet? Thank you !
could I use this also as a midi keyboard with my daw eventually running my VST instruments and better piano sound with speakers? I eventually need something I can take away with me on the plane when going away for both composing and practice, and yes I have real nice midi controllers but sometimes I need to check more with composing for piano. and need that 88 keys but once that can fly with me on the plane lol
Great video! 😎
To me it's sound pretty good. I am not a piano player, but I am thinking want to play it for fun, maybe I can take this one as consideration rather than buying too much expensive one.
Is there a hammer grade weighted folding digital piano? That only requires additional 3kg
This plus keyscape is a game changer.
Does this piano have a split option so that you can use 2 instruments just like most keyboards cann=?
Did you mention how long the battery last on regular basis? Or i missed it?
Please let me know if we can use Piano with direct power source alone. Is it possible to play while Piano is charging ?
Sir, is it equipped with touch respon feature?
Whoa dude, it sounds nice.
hi! does this work with garage band?
Hey man, Do you think this piano can be connected to Computer and Get a better sound?
Does it have transpose function?
are the batteries replaceable and can the keyboard run off of the power cord and not just the batteries alone?
Great review! However, the Shopee link isn't working.
This one or Casio LK-S250 61Keys? Roughly around the same price where I live.
Does the midi work with a DAW? Any driver to install?
I see other piano on the link description, very different than the video, what's the name aand edition of this piano
I know it's no replacement for my DGX-650, but I've heard others say these are all totally unusable. It's nice to see a review down the middle. When I start traveling again, I would love to have something portable to take with me. This might not be portable enough though...maybe a small MIDI controller would be a better option. The built-in sounds are not great, but you can always rectify that with MIDI plugins and better headphones / speakers.

looks like the Glarry GPP-103 thanks for the review
Hi Jeremy, thank you so much for this video. Compared with Yamaha p-45, is the vangoa’s quality can compete in terms of touch and sound? For classical piano learning at dorms, is the vangoa still applicable? Thank you

Hi Jeremy, I live in NYC USA - what is the brand name and medel number for me to be able to order this folding piano?
can i get the same thing on amazon with good recommend because there a lot of bad reviews

This looks and sounds so good but the link takes you to a page of so many I don't know which one it is? Can you be more specific about which one this? There are so many.
Can support general midi also?
Can you use external speakers ?
Can this piono connect to output line into amplifier.
Jeremy….. where would I buy a piano like this in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and what brand would it be marketed under please?
Hi, is it a good piano for grade 5-6 students? playing for fun.
I,m looking for powered piano for busking because I have casio cdp 135 but I cannot go for busking using my piano becaus it need electricity, but I have Roland street ex cube. How to connect it I can't figured out maybe it cannot be possible or because it need electricity or there is a piano that is battey power? for now I use guitar for my busking, but I want to busk also using piano, what can you say to my problem brother? should I look for other piano for busking or the one that I have is just okay? but I don't know how to powered it in my Roland street cube ex. and is also 15kg in weight little bit heavy.
Being portable means you can take it on a flight as a carry on bag. Definitely don't belong with the other checked luggage since the bag is soft. The quality is more acceptable than the Folding Piano 88 from Carry-on (MidiPlus) that folds into 4 pieces.
