FOILYAGE TECHNIQUE - BALAYAGE LOOK - BEACHY LIVED IN HAIR
Hey there!
Here is a video of a foilyage technique I learned from Behind the Chair.
I used Oligo Extra Blonde for the lightener and Wella Color touch to tone.
I used a 1.5 inch curling Iron and used my hands to brush through.

/I cannot remember but probably like 8/03 or 8/0 or like 9/97 + 7/97 .. those all turn out really pretty on level 9-8 hair

Hola! Vivo en Texas. Yo cobro como $195-$250 . No me recuerdo que toner usé pero era de Wella Colortouch como 8/03 y 8/0
Why do you tease the base before you foil , Never seen the teasing before
