Tried my first foil boat pulled pork a few weeks ago and it went bad, too dry :/ Will try it again though!

Foil boat isn't as fool proof as they would lead you to believe. If you notice Chud doesn't do it until after the stall, so maybe an hour or two on the foil. I am still learning. Thanks for watching!
