I used to play tin whistle, but my wife hated it. Then I played fiddle, and she hated that even more. Then I began playing banjo, and she hated that the most, and that is when I knew, I had finally found my instrument. I love her, but she is the most tone deaf person I know. If she don't like it, it's probably really good. Any way, great cover! I still play the whistle every so often.

@@orkithewhistler Women of Ireland goes well on a low D. Rocky Road to Dublin, Ten Penny Bit. Not many folk do it, but Sleep Softly Sweet Afron is nice.

In terms of the speed, nice tempo for the song. Tweak the tune and give it a little bit of embellishment' it'll sound amazing if you play it as an air, which is what the original tune was, then slow it down a touch and it'll sound even better. This is positive encouragement from an Irish musician 👏
