Thank you, I got mine done, very very easy to install. And I also connected my android wireless box , took me less than 5 minutes. Love it .

Thanks for this video Don. I had something like this on my last truck, but couldn't remember where I got it. I've never understood what their problem is with running fogs with brights. So glad I found your video. I always enjoy your videos. Now, I just need one of these for the task lights on the mirrors. I can't believe they don't let you use them as brush lights and search lights.

Thanks Sam! As long as I use my truck for towing I probably won’t do a full level kit, but I did order some Bilstein 5100’s for the front which will raise it an inch (+1.1”). I will be a new set of wheels eventually too! As long as people like the vids and support the channel, I can look at new projects! Thanks again for watching!

I just want them to come on automatic and stay on all the time. I hate having to manually push the button every time.

Has anyone upgraded the foglights ? I feel like there not to bright

My 2020 SLE came without fog lights but I want to install some. Does anyone know good fog lights to get for my truck?

Thank you for this info I have a 2021 GMC Sierra W/the Elevation Package , my DRL’s come on automatically when I turn my truck on and they stay on when using my turn signals. Would you know which pins I would need to connect this mod so my fog lights would come on when I turn on my truck on. Thanks

I would need access to an elevation to figure it out. I wish I could help, but I think if you contact to people at boostauto that make the mod, they can probably help you out. They have a few options

@@Donslife thank you for getting back I did call and they told me they don’t have a mod that works with the DRL’s maybe someone out there might read this and be able to shed some light thanks for your videos by the way because of your video on the auto/off eliminator I now don’t have to worry about it on my truck. Did the installation last week. Thanks again. Next week I’m going to try tinting the side markers on my headlights. You make it look so easy. Lol

Don, I love most of these mods you've done, and I've one a few myself on my 22" AT4. one I did was this mod for the fog lights and one for the spot lights so that all my lights are on when my brights are on. The problem I'm encountering that I haven't heard mention is that my auto bright light on and off isn't working any longer. Did you or do you currently have this issue with your mod? Kind Regards Chris

Thanks for the reply. On my last GMC the auto brights were controlled by flashing the bright lights once and then it engaged. I had a bit of a brain lapse and forgot it was moved on the newer models to an actual switch on the tip of the blinker arm. I confirmed it works. Just didn't want to give any readers the misconception that they may stop working. Again appreciate the response and enjoy your channel.

There is probably a government regulation in the US or Canada that requires there to be a limitation. With this mod you can choose your preference.

hey man show me what pins you used I follow a video from the sellers website and they are using a chevy! mine is 2020 1500 AT4.

10 and 18. You have to count the pins in the harness not the wires

I just got both the high beam and mirror lights mod and the all lights fog mod. Which do you recommend to install first? In your video I seen you had the fog light mod first. I was curious if that’s how you would do it again if you installed both mods at the same time?

I would probably keep it the same, but I would be more conscious of where I put the taps because it gets a little tight in there.

you want to activate mirror lights will driving? boost auto also has a kit to activate mirror spotlights when you turn on bright. idk if thats what you are referring to.

Great videos Don! I recently bought a 2021 Silverado 1500 LT and I’m installing the OEM Fog light kit this weekend and I also ordered the mod from boost auto. My question is you said you spliced 10/18 but the boost install video says 10/22. I kinda figured your very nice GMC and my truck would be the same. Any advice?

I thought I ordered the mod you had. So do I just need to splice like you did with the mod I ordered instead of 10/22. The guy from boost I spoke with said it was kinda universal.

I can’t say for sure. You’d have to check with Boost Auto. The pin locations may be different

I think they may offer a GMC yukon specific one. I know they did for 2020 anyway. I don’t think the Sierra one would be an exact fit

There is a BoostAutoParts mod to make them come on with the high beams automatically or manually by holding the button down while driving. I made a video showing the high beam mod

No my puddle lights don’t work at all or come I swapped them out for new leds but still no action I want to swap out to e illuminated ground symbol but I have to figure out why they’re not working first

Not legal in California. High beams are not allowed on with any auxiliary lights.

Local laws should be taken into consideration

The all lights on chip is better than this. Took me 5 mins to install and ALL my lights stay on with the highs. The lows and fogs stay on with the highs on and it's only 20 bucks and don't need to since anything.
