Hej. Har en 250 cc rullorbit till svängen, monterad på en skivbroms ( LB 288) som släpper av trycket från svängfunktionen. För att svängen inte ska tvärstanna krävs att riktninsventilen har en motorslid, dvs att A o B är öppna till tank i neutralläge, då får man som ett frihjul typ. Nackdelen är att då att den aldrig stannar om det lutar, det har jag löst med att sätta en sekvensventil på både a o b. Sekvensvetilen släpper igenom fritt åt ena hållet men har ett ställbart öppninstryck åt motsatt håll. Har satt de så att de ”bromsar” flödet tillbaka till riktningaventilen typ 15-20 bar. Sen har jag skivbromsen så att det verkligen står still när man vill det( knappastyrd). Hoppas det kan bara till hjälp!

Just after I spent the whole yesterday afternoon watching and rewatching 1 and 2, now 3 comes out. If you add anything more to that machine, it will b making dinner for you. Anyway, on the construction I was wondering, was there any reason u used the Vitara axles and hi/lo gear box.

Vad har du för typ av svängmotor? Jag har byggt en runtom svängande maskin utan drivning men får inte till det med svängen, det slår tvärstopp när jag släpper joysticken.Jag har monterat en antichockventil men får det inte inte att funka. Vad tror du att jag jag har gjort för fel?

How is the drive powered? And if you used hydraulic motors how do you keep the hoses from binding/twisting? I ask because I am in the early planning stages of building my own excavator and any help would be greatly appreciated!

It is driven by a hydraulic motor. You need a rotary union in the center. First i used a homemade one but now i have mountet a ALA unit. Google ALA officine and you will find the 8 channel for mini excawators.. But there is a lot of other brands to..

have you estimated the total cost? I would say equipment from a dealer should be much more money.

You need a bucket stand on your trailer. I also tow a trailer with my digger but its not a tipping trailer.

Hi, is it a proportion valve system you are using with variable flow pump? I am thinking of building my own but these systems are extortionate compared to open center, did you use mini excavator slew ring with hydrolic rotation union? Amazing machine 👌

Keith Stewart Hi. I am using open center valves (valwoil sd6) and fixed gear pumps for the arm. The transmission is closed loop variable pump. The slew bearing is a standard type with external gear (z99). I have a ALA 8 channel rotary union with a homemade centre to fit a 3 channel slip ring for electrics.

I am proud of your imagination and skillful hands. Your excavator has no towers. During operation, the excavator does not move, although it is on the running wheels. How do you fix the excavator from moving?

Richard 45 15 cc axial piston for transmission. 2x 6,3 cc gear pumps for work functions .

6.3cc is enough for work functions? These sizes of pumps have been chosen thanks to your calculations, Or you with manufactured the machine according to your pump?

Richard 45 The pump size is based on cylinder diameter and its speed, the excawator is easyer to operate If you dont have to high flow. I use one pump for swing and stick, the other for boom and bucket.I can recomand if yuo use walvoil valves, to chose the typ1cs spool(sensetive). Or use the bucher hdm11s valves, these works Well to an excavator! Good luck!

Väldigt fin maskin du har där har sett alla dina videos me den och ja må då säga att jag blir mer och mer intresserad av en sådan. Har en Åkerman h5 men den kommer man inte in i trädgårdar som din lilla maskin närmast jag kan hitta i din vikt/storlek är neuson 3802 WE som inte produceras längre.. har du någon aning om vad din maskin kosta samman lagt?

Tackar. jo små grävare på hjul är inte så vanligt, lite därför det blev en sådan. Mellan 100- 150 typ kanske.. är ju inga billiga grejor direkt!

Nä men de går att tjäna in det utan bekymmer på en sådan liten maskin. Hur funkar de med drivningen? Tänkt om man kunde ta en färdig maskin och sedan bygga om den till hjulare.. hur fort går maskinen om du kör på asfalts väg? Har du någon tråd/blogg om hur du byggt den?

@@MrBostreem Skulle absolut gå att ta en liten bandare och bygga en egen undervagn! Är lite mek om den ska ha lite hastighet, min toppar nog 7km/h, på högväxeln!. Man måste nog bygga "som en riktig" hjulgrävare med variabel körmotor och större steg mellan hög o låg för att få både fart o styrka. Finns bara de här klippen, o en del foton förstås, vissa ses i filmerna..
