I have an older version of this tune that I can no longer use due to updating my AP recently. How would I go about getting the tune updated?

Just bought the stratified tune on the Ford Focus RS. My car stopped the pops and crackles while driving not even close to the OEM. Only get pops in neutral. Alex are you able to help out with this ? We have 2 RS's with the tune and both have reacted the same way. We are still on the base map before the data pulls.

So is it progressive in a since the higher you rev the louder the pops?

what's the exhaust setup on this st?

Can this be applied to the Ms3 as well? This sounds much better compared to the quick snap crackles.

We are always working on improving them ... but the cars have quite different control systems

When will you guys release a loud crackles and pops tune for the RS? I traded in my ST (and obviously my tune with it) and I just miss the obnoxious noise so much.....

Ian Cowan we actually do have crackles for the RS with our flash and custom tunes.

Hi have the V2 of this map on my MK3. Someone stated V1 cuts fuel to make the sound. Does V2 use the same method? Or is the sound achieved by adding additional, unburnt fuel? Thanks

Andrew Shaw-Binns systems like this usually fatten up the AFR and retarding timing for a very short period after you lift off throttle. It’s one of the main reasons they don’t suggest getting this system if you still have a catalytic converter as running rich will shorten its expected lifespan

We do not add additional fuel to achieve the effects to keep the temperatures as low as possible for the turbo and catalyst.

Yes, yes it does. Feel free to do it on a stock exhaust, probably won’t be as loud but it’ll work.
