This resonates with the bhuddist dependant arising. I've recently had a major dissapointment. Looking back so many things were going on that didn't help. I needed to have just stopped and listened to my gut. I didn't and made things worse.

I know God is now with me. But I still can’t seem to sleep 😴 I am 11month sober and killing it spiritually but being judged by everyone I know drains my energy. So I get out and I’m training for Ultramarathon after losing 40kgs. I ran a marathon two weeks ago with no training just because my mind is now stronger than ever….. all the doubters now just think I’m crazier than ever 😅But I know I’m not I just can’t sleep atm 😢 do you have advise ❤? Love to you all. I done a half marathon last night after 22hr day and then only managed to sleep for 3hrs. 🤷‍♂️🏃😖😞

Do mindfulness 15-30 mins a day…say to yourself I love myself daily for about 10-20 times every morning…let all your past go…be present every moment😊…Good luck

It takes wisdom, knowledge and a realization of who people are, relying on the Lord is the best and most powerful thing to do. Praying, seeking God, surrendering yourself to Him fully and trusting that the Lord has a purpose, plan and purpose for you and me! Keep your eyes on the Lord and lean on His understanding. Ask for wisdom and knowledge.

There is a pattern in creation, if we look at the tree outside whose roots search beneath the pavement for water, even our own selves and the inner forces that drive us to take action in our lives, we can see that we all move to the music of life and the waves of change.

When things were taking a down turn, realizing that had to happened to set the real purpose path of life included a ton of off letting of acquaintances passive friendships, realizing that even in the passive mode, familiarity breeds contempt. Never have seen in the eyes of those who passed judgement when they figured out there was no more associating with them again. Needing change without that judgement helped(s) big time...Never once consider self a being lonely. See that be alone if what is needed. The peace that being alone has it's purpose and self adjusting. In such, learned with eye opening understanding is who and what is trying to enter in with offence on your life is astounding

I have the utmost respect for this man and can not imagine what this family has been through. I listen to interviews almost daily. I just wish the people on his team who thinks adding this music to something so serious that has absolutely no relevance, is beyond my comprehension. It is very distracting and has no place here. An example is that one scribe wrote that Jesus started the Catholic religion ... while another scribe wrote that Jesus followed Saint John the Baptist into the Jordan River to be baptized as a Catholic. They couldn't GET their stories straight because the stories were man-created MYTHS. One Catholic tried to convince me that Jesus was the first pope ... until he realized that what he stated was at total odds with the dogma taught by the church ... that St. Peter was the first pope ... who apparently was a Jew by ethnicity and a Catholic by religious choice ... as was Jesus. This is someone uploading text of vaguely motivational lines that JP would never say, and running it through an AI voice generator of a higher pitched Squdward.That's thy there's no enunciation or emotion anywhere in these speeches and nobody can say which lecture or interview it's associated with. Also, since when is Jordan Peterson a motivational speaker? He does lectures and interviews and advice, he does not and has never made motivational speeches. I'm a big JP fan (but not for his f'in motivational speeches) but this is ridiculous and silly, it sounds more in this video that he's leading some kind of church. We need to get the message out.
