I agree with generational wealth now we Jamaican need to be strategic and leave something for next generation to start My mom didn't get anything she bought piece of land and only year's ago paid it off and is not able to build on it in her life time but she is leaving that as a start for her kids to build on And we should strive to add to what she left accumulate more and leave our kids so they can build on as well

Miss kitty is surly funny but if she’s educated as she said she is she should have known that black people wouldn’t have generational wealth our generation was enslaved for four hundred years and that means we were working for free so when it comes to generational wealth you should never compare black folks with the Caucasian who makes their wealth from our free labor.

I dont think it's too late to start even now if we all leave our kids even a little home as a starter or even life insurance inheritance when we leave somehow then they can build from that ..though small it small helps a lot...instead we are starting from literal scratch

This shows that you are NOT very vast at the english language. They are not refering to the act of "owning" something but rather HONING (which begins with an "h" is spelt differently but is pronounced similarly) which means- to sharpen, foster and or enhance one's skill.
