Really wish we could actually hear it along with some listening impressions compared to its competitors.

I have one of these but when I sold my old truck, I left the wiring harness in it. Can I just run 14guage wire for the power, ground and rem? Or do I have to buy an amp install kit. Love the sound this thing produces

14 gauge wire will be way too small. I would go with an 8 gauge amp wiring kit.

I have one of these but am missing a bit of deep bass, how does the Focal Bomba B20 compare, if I buy a B20 could I have both of these units at in the same car?

Both of the Focal subs have the same frequency range and the Bomba BP20 will not help produce the deeper tones. It will make the same tones louder. Ideally, one subwoofer would be installed to deliver the bass. We have options available from other manufacturers. What is the year, make, and model of the vehicle this is going into? Where are you hoping to install the subwoofer? Has an aftermarket radio been installed?

how do you put it against Kicker hideaway sub? which one you think has better bass?

The Kicker will play lower, but the Focal will be more accurate, and have a more musical sound to it.

I have the Bomba, but it's in the trunk. Would this under the passenger provide a better sound or the same?

This IBus model under a seat is likely to not be any better than the Bomba in the trunk of a typical car. What changes are you hoping to make to the bass you are hearing now?

How does this unit stack against the Focal PSB200 soundwise?

They produce the same bass frequencies. This unit has an amp built into it that provides the sub with 75 watts RMS power while the one you mentioned needs an amp to power it and can handle up to 150 watts of power allowing it to play louder than this one.

Slim powered subwoofers should be installed under a seat. They are not strong enough to be installed into a trunk and be effective.

would this work in a g body 911, and what would you recommend for the doors and rear

This powered sub can be used in just about any vehicle, provided you have enough room for it. Regarding replacement speakers, what year is your 911?

I bought a ibus 2.1 and also a KX2 focal wat components, since the speakers has somos twice watts RMS (125) against the ibus (75), the speakers will it cloud the bass of the Subwoofer?

This should give a good balance of bass and the rest of the audio. Yes, that would be a great way to double your bass. Will you be using an aftermarket radio with a dedicated sub pre out?

​@@crutchfield I sadly can't replace the radio because it's basically integrated with the car and I use it for the reverse camera and changing car settings, but apparently I can get a special wiring loom for the factory radio which got RCA outputs so my idea is to use that as an input for a dsp and then connect the subs and amps for the speakers and tweeters to the dsp

All that gear working together should give you a night/day difference in sound quality. And a DSP is expected to restore the bass that a stock system attenuates the stock speakers. You may consider getting a line driver with all this gear so that when you split the RCAs for the subs each subwoofer is still getting a strong audio signal. The MBZ subs handle 75 watts RMS so you could get comparable performance using two of each with a well matched amp.

The built-in amp is 75 watts RMS/ 150 peak.
