@@LucasDowney-dn5cr dude, remember there are mods like indie cross and pibby apocalyps that show you a dead screen when you use bot play, this could be the same thing

One thing that draws me to these FNF mods despite not liking Sonic.EXE's original concept is mods like this fixes my biggest problem with the concept, the reduction of Sonic and his friends so they can play the part of hapless torture victims when in reality it wouldn't be that one sided. Sonic fights eldritch gods semi frequently Sonic.EXE is small time compared to the likes of Solaris or the End.

Now the conflict between Exe and The Survivors feels like a fight and not a torture simulator👍👌

Man this mod is amazing confronting yourself was already a great song and adding Eggman, knuckles and tails In hear is great

If you slow down the bad ending's game over moment you can see a few details: - Sonic actually tries to stop himself but is too late and gets tripped by Exe. - Exe is facing the screen with a smug look as he trips Sonic. - As Sonic flies over to Exe you can Exe's mouth getting bigger and his pupils disappearing. - Right before the screen fades to black you can see that Sonic gets impaled on Exe's hand.

Man, what an awesome final update to the confronting yourself retake that was! The animations, the sprites for the characters, the visuals, everything about this final update to the confronting yourself retake mod is awesome! Especially the endings in this mod! The game over screen is also amazing and here's why: in the ff mix version if you get the bad ending in that version both sonic and bf die, and in the final update which is this one if you get the bad ending not only does sonic die but he also gets eaten alive by sonic.exe and that is an amazing detail right there! Let me tell you this is one of the best version of confronting yourself ever! That as well as the ff mix version! Both versions of this mod are really really amazing!❤👍 (And snowthefox if you're reading this you did an amazing job on this mod! Keep on being one of the best fnf mod creators out there!)

What if instead of the ending you get for getting 0 misses was replaced with that except sonic turns super so it’s the true ending with exe actually being permanently defeated and everyone is alive

It will be more insane, that when they are in the tornado and you miss one, eggman doesnt appear and they die, so for the best ending, you have to not miss any note, not even if you are in the plane

the mod is amazing theres one problem in the cannon ending sonic is super sonic but then where is the rings so he turns his normal self because in normal sonic games you need 50+ rings to turn super so what do yall say?

I think the problem with comparing sonic.exe with any canonical Sonic character where you can expect Sonic to be able to fight back and win is that sonic.exe is not actually from the Sonic Universe and is more like an other dimensional being that is beyond the reality of the Sonic Universe. EXE could choose to inhabit anything and is canonically from the real world but chooses to reside in a Sonic game since he's a Sonic fan. Thinking about this logically, you can see why he says he is God when he is there because in Sonic's World EXE is a reality warper that can rewrite the fabric or code of the universe and bend it and its inhabitants to his will. I think this gets lost when people associate them like they are comparable but the fact is that the Super and hyper forms are just code also and EXE would change the code or make himself completely invulnerable to it. There isn't even a fight between these two characters that makes any sense because in the blink of an eye exe could have Sonic bound in shackles waiting to be disemboweled or put in a room like Sally that is constantly getting smaller until he is crushed by the walls around him. Bending the fabric of reality is something I don't think a lot of people fully comprehend. Also canonically the end result of playing with Sonic.exe is the human player in the real world losing their soul. To put all of this into perspective, Sonic fighting sonic.exe would be akin to the world's strongest human being trying to go Toe to Toe with Satan himself where the strongest human being may be the best chance we have, it doesn't matter since Satan is from a higher plane of existence. I could have said God Himself but comparing evil EXE to evil Satan is more appropriate. Either way its not going to happen. We would be his playthings just as sonics world is to EXE. And taking a soul from the real world from a Sonic game would be akin to pulling an angel out of heaven while on earth. It is just unbelievably one-sided on EXEs part.

As cool as the concepts are,it doesn’t stay true to source material. In confronting yourself,it’s an undertale au where sonic fell into the underground and sonic vs exe isn’t him trying to escape to avenge his friends,they wouldn’t be dead,it’s the player trying to combat chara(exe). Cannonically,chara/exe wins and gets control. Shame nobody ever did an adaptation with this plot in the background.
