    Sometimes I convince myself that I'm "normal" and overdue it, then my body reminds me that I'm not 😒

    I totally get that! And it's a hard slap in the face when your body needs long recovery time afterwards

    @@Lentilboots I haven't been diagnosed officially yet since I switched doctors, but conversion disorder is what they said I had. I started doing research and found that's the former term for it. I'm still trying to learn more about it, so I'm thankful for your videos! 💖 I'm wondering if you get disability. I've been trying not to file for it because I want to be independent, but part of me is coming to the realization that I may not have a choice.

    @@_LexiMae yes conversion disorder is an old term but current understanding of it is that not all people have stress or mental illness that caused their FND. I don't have disability benefits but it's worth applying if you can get extra support!
