​ @Kryptic Unlimited I respectfully disagree. I think that the post sister location lore is really interesting. It's rather intriguing how Michal Afton went to Circus Baby's entertainment and rentals looking for answers after his father "disappeared", and Baby (the soul of his murdered younger sister) and Balora (the soul of his murdered mother) mistook him for his father and tried to kill him. I think it's pretty cool how Michal, despite being gutted and nearly killed, still survived, somehow, and managed to meet and fight his father at the end of fnaf 3, which resulted in the place being burned down. I personally really like how the lore of "build your own pizza place" thing served as a climactic moment where William was banished to a purgatory hell, manifesting as the player in ultimate custom night. To me, it's really interesting how Will somehow clawed his way out of purgatory during "Help Wanted", and how he was immediately kicked back into it at the end of Security Breach. I don't mean to be rude or condescending, I guess I just like simple complexity, even though that phrase barely makes any sense. @@sammycool4049 I like the additions of 5 and 6 into the lore, I love Michael and Elizabeth's whole concept and the idea that Michael is potentially every protagonist of FNAF (except the guy of 2's custom night of course) but I don't like 4 overcomplicating everything adding TWO bites, even if I do like the reveal of Fredbear that solved the mystery of who was Golden Freddy. I also don't like any of the books and I think the AR/VR games were unnecessary. I also think Security Breach was unnecessary.

I still remember when this mini game was first revealed, I was in 3rd grade at the time and extremely obsessed with the series. I loved everything about it, however, I did feel an awful sense of shock and horror that haunted me when I found out what purple guy had done. Seeing this made me feel a bit relieved and it impresses me that all this could've been done in just 3 games. I recently remembered this moment because of a game I'm big into now, dead by daylight, held a poll discussing which licensed killer should be added next and springtrap was incredibly high up! Hopefully he'll be added but nonetheless I enjoy these bitter sweet memories.

For people wondering what happened was it’s a suit that can be worn as a costume and an animatronic suit, in costume mode all the attachments retract, but once suit animatronic mode is on metal spikes and hooks latch on to attach themselves to the animatronic endoskeleton, what happened to him was water hit the suit and it malfunctioned and went into animatronic mode, filling him with spikes and metal

Actually, im pretty sure the endo is part of the suit itself and that it retracts in suit mode, but if the locks come loose, the endo would basically crush the wearer inside the suit, hence springtrap looking the way he does.

The sudden snap seen here before he collapsed just feels way more abrupt and violent, and that's with 8 bit blood lol. But yeah, could just be bias since obviously seeing this scene in fnaf3 I didn't know it was gonna happen. Also I know it's a fan favorite line, but the "I always come back" before putting on the mask was so ridiculously corny it ruined any tension or impact the scene had. It also doesn't make any sense, what does he mean he always comes back? He hasn't come back yet, he's still human lmao

The shot of him twitching while the panels fall in the back is one of my favourites. I think i would've preferred if all the springlocks snapped at once tho, i agree abt that (also yeah the line was kinda campy and barely made sense but it was fun, i was happy when he said it and ive seen theatre reactions where people r screaming and cheering cus of it lmfao)

It's two different timelines tho and two different deaths. This one he was trying to dismantle all of the animatronics to get the spirit remnants and just the fact that the ghost children came back after him and him jumping into the suit and dying was like full circle event. He killed the kids with that suit and now he will suffer and die in that suit and obviously we find out that he lives. In the movie it's a different atmosphere and the animatronics don't come after him until they realize that he was the killer all along. It leaves it as if he will for sure die in that suit and when the next movie comes it'll still have that same shock if and when he comes back from the dead in that suit you feel me?

I wish the movie actually had the ghosts of the children chase William Afton into the Springlock suit like in the game. That would have been way cooler and scarier.

man, William broke all the rules about wearing a springlock suit, first: he made sudden movements when he laughed, second: his laugh caused a moisture in the springlocks, resulting into them snapping back into place,crushing him third:the suit was defective and shouldn't be worn under any circunstances fourth: nobody was allowed to enter that room

If I remember correctly, thunder can be heard throughout these mini games, meaning it was raining

MAAAAN I JUST FINISHED THE MOVIE AND THEY CHANGED HOW WILLIAM GOT SPRINGLOCKED, it was a missed opportunity and the i will always comeback line disappointed me I feel like they just had to insert it.But overall it's good. edit: mb, the movie's spring lock scene was based on books and I didnt read nothing.

God, now thinking about it, imagine how confusing it would be if Custom Night came before FNAF 2 and 3, since both of them represent William in this 8 bit purple guy. But Michael also represented as the purple guy, so it would be hella confusing.

The way this scene was recreated in the movie was actually quite clever.

I can’t tell if he was deliberately trying to kill himself or if he thought a spring loaded suit would protect him from angry ghosts.

He went in the suit to hide or mock the souls cause that was the suit that he killed the souls (children) in, he ran into the store in a rage to destroy all the animatronics accidentally freeing the souls until they cornered him in a back room with part of its roof gone. He went in the suit to hide until rainwater dripped on the gears activating the springlocks crushing and piercing his body with the robotic parts, hope that helped

@@geometrygraham3337 Well, since I made that comment, it occurred to me that the one chasing him was the Crying Child. The reason this is significant is because FNAF 4 shows it's his first born son. Regular children ghosts, he might be able to ignore, but the ghost of his own son haunting him? Yeah, he's going to get a little scared.

He could’ve just used the suit as a bat to swat at the children and then escape while they’re distracted

I wish they had made the movie ending more similar to this scene from the game it would have been 10x better and made more sense

The movie rendition of this moment is far too dramatic and isn’t as unsettling, brutal or creepy as it was originally depicted in this mini-game. Such a shame, he didn’t even seem that scared or freaked out at all by the ghost children in the movie and they even made him drop the silly one liner.

The movie was written at a time where the FNAF lore was heavily expanded after all, unlike FNAF3 where there were only the Bite of 87 and MCI. Hell, one of the movie’s main characters Vanessa is based off of the recently introduced character in Security Breach

⁠@@BlueJourney2719that's not how they worked in the movie tho, we see they just impale him instead of completely crushing him (that would be super hard to achieve without special effects). there wouldnt be much blood with the metal filling the wounds

Theoretically, what could the ghost children even do to him? We know that spirits can posses other things through remnant and since William is also a human with a soul they could probably posses him too and give him horrible nightmares and control him, so he commits suicide and maybe even torture him for eternity in his own body. Guess there is a lot they could do.

Should have been: mikes family is grieving after his brother got abducted. One of the parents kills themself or something just to add more drama. Mike has abbys imaginery friends, he dreams about his brother and the children. Mike gets a job at the pizzeria because he keeps dreaming of it. and experiences the horrors of fnaf 1. This could have lead to the inclusion of the puppet, and springtrap. Spring trap should have been the villain. He comes to destroy the animatronics, and dies allowing mike to save himself. Remember. Its a horror movie so it doesnt really need as integrate of a story they gave us. TOO many supporting characters with zero plot

I always found it weird how the ghost you're playing as never faces purple guy dying, it's always facing the other way, then i figured, the ghost you play as is Cassidy, and her facing away from the death is like refusing to let William go and die to keep torturing him.
