can I just say: it’s extremely rare to see a pair of actors so perfectly matched in age, looks, career, popularity and personality. they debuted at around the same time, are considered two of korea’s greatest visuals and (dating aside) are pretty private individuals with the same bright, affable energy. They’re one of the (very, VERY) rare celeb duos that knetz have said matched well and even encouraged getting together - even songsong couple had their skeptics because of their age gap and personality differences. I, for one, am a huge fan of CLOY and them as a couple and I’m fairly confident at this point that they’re keeping things on the down low because ye jin especially doesn’t like dating scandals and/or they’ve already decided they’re going to marry and won’t reveal it until they set a date. the damn covid-19 situation isn’t helping either. U should watch The Negotiation, It's crazy, their chemistry freaking good despite the fact that they filmed it in different sets

So according to my analysis, they worked for The Negotiation (June 2017 - December 2017) then they again met for their movie promotions (August 2018 - October 2018) So there was a time gap. Meanwhile Hyun bin broke up with KSR. Now if you notice then you will see when they were shooting for their movie, Hyun Bin was reserved maybe because of his relationship. Then during their movie promotions, it was literally visible Hyun bin was giving attention towards SYJ and I think that is where everything started. ❤ November 2018 they were spotted playing golfs. Then, January 2019 The whole "Grocery shopping" thing came out with pictures. SYJ birthday is in January then it has also said hyun bin was there with SYJ's family for dinner. It is really visible that they are more than friends. Then there was a time gap again. Maybe they were spending time together. Finally, they confirmed for CLOY (May 2019) Now when you compare their movie and CLOY promotions, just observe Hyun bin, he gave his full concentration to SYJ. He has become caring towards SYJ when they were promoting for CLOY. Also almost in every interviews, Hyun bin praises for her Beauty including acting skills. Overall seems like it's their fate to meet with each other though indirectly their journey began from 2010 but maybe there is a perfect time for everything and this is their time ❤ All these are my own interpretations. Now It's completely upto them tbh.

The negotiations only filmed 2months from June to August in 2017. At that point HB has gf and nothing happened between them yet! 1 year Afterwards they met in September 2018 for movie promotions. Luckily both of them are single then~ really hope they are together and happy with each other! Otherwise HB has already denied 5times they r not love since 2019-2020/2/18 . So bad

Great comment and analogy. Based on the Negotiation BTS snippets here, I think he is attracted to her but can’t act on it because he was in a relationship. Just my opinion of course. His agency confirmed his break up with Kang So Ra Dec 2017 but who knows when they really ended things. March -April 2018 they did some reshoots because Choi II Hwa has to be replaced. Maybe that’s when everything started, just a hunch 😄
