- Replaced stock 40amp esc with a ZTW Mantis G2 45A ESC with 4A SBEC, Set timing to Low (5 degrees)
- Dremeled a hole through the regular plastic button securing the elevator halves and used a small self tapping screw instead
- Hinge tape on all control surfaces
