Then the FBI director got a special counsel, knowing the underlying information was bunk. All the charges that came from that had nothing to do with Collusion.

You ok if Biden does that? 4) Despite loosing 62 court cases (many from Judges they appointed) yet still encouraging their supporters to reject the election results. Nonsense. The most that was given was the OLC opinion that you could not try the current sitting President. That is not immunity after the fact. What the Supreme Court did say was the raw exercise of the powers listed in the Constitution is immune regardless the reason. When one of those powers is the command of the military, the reason matters, and it matters for all the same reasons that military conduct is not necessarily immune either.

@@randyhauck4084 Yes, because the impeachment clause states specifically that despite being convicted, all officers would still end up being criminally liable. Why would Congress put in an oath of office, if the oath of office is unenforceable by law? Impeachment wouldn't matter. We added more oaths of office after the Civil War in order to protect the country as it means disqualification and more enforcement. These are all hints that that opinion is nonsense.

Every president gets this immunity, not just Trump. But hey, you know that.
